Q: Do you have a phone number?
A: At the moment we do not have a phone number, but we will have one shortly.

Q: What should gymnasts bring to practice?
A: To ensure a smooth and productive practice session, gymnasts should arrive at the gym already dressed in their leotard, equipped with a water bottle, and with hair securely tied back using hair elastics. In addition, competitive gymnasts should bring healthy snacks if their class is 2+ hours long.

Q: What is the student-to-coach ratio?
A: We maintain small class sizes to ensure that each gymnast receives personalized attention and instruction. Our student-to-coach ratio varies depending on the age group and skill level. We have an average of 8:1 student to coach ratio in order to prioritize safety and quality instruction.

Q: Can spectators watch the classes?
A: Yes, we welcome spectators to observe the classes from our designated viewing area.

Q: How do you ensure safety during classes?
A: Safety is our top priority. We maintain a low coach-to-gymnast ratio to provide individual attention and supervision. Our coaches are trained in spotting techniques, and our equipment is regularly inspected and maintained for safety.

Q: How do you handle behavior management?
A: We have clear behavior expectations outlined in our code of conduct, and our coaches are trained to enforce these guidelines in a fair and consistent manner. We prioritize positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to foster a supportive and respectful learning environment.
