Welcome to AGM Gymnastics, where passion meets dedication and community thrives. Founded by Haiya Krespine and Victoria Monti, AGM Gymnastics is the culmination of our lifelong love affair with gymnastics. From our early years, the gym was not just a place to train, but our second home—a place where we learned invaluable lessons in friendship, hard work, integrity, and discipline.
Both of us pursued competitive gymnastics until our late teens, after which we embarked on a new journey as coaches. For the past 8 years, we've grown not only as coaches but as friends, navigating challenges together, including coaching through the unprecedented times of COVID-19. Alongside our gymnasts, we evolved, learning and adapting with each experience.
Driven by a shared vision, we dedicated ourselves to transforming our passion into AGM Gymnastics. Balancing full-time studies in accountancy and demanding jobs, we meticulously planned every aspect of AGM Gymnastics. Our goal was clear: to innovate within the gymnastics community, fostering a space that prioritizes mental health, friendship, and community spirit.
