AGM POLICIES

Trial class policy

Please note that our gym does not offer trial classes. We believe in providing consistent and high-quality instruction to all participants from the start of their gymnastics journey. However, we warmly invite prospective participants to come and observe a class if they are unsure about registering. This allows them to experience our program firsthand and see our coaches and gymnasts in action.

Absence and makeup class policy

Please note that we do not offer makeup classes, credits or refunds for absences. Our classes are carefully structured to provide progressive instruction and development opportunities for all participants. While we understand that occasional absences may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, our curriculum is designed to accommodate such situations without the need for makeup classes.

Weather policy

In the event of inclement weather necessitating temporary closure of the gym, makeup classes or refunds for missed sessions will be offered at the discretion of the gym management.

Access to the gym

Parents, guardians, and spectators are required to remain in the designated viewing area during training sessions. Entry into the training area is strictly prohibited for safety and per restrictions issued from the Fédération de gymnastique du Québec.

Attire policy

To ensure safety during our gymnastics practices, all recreational and competitive gymnasts must adhere to specific attire guidelines. Female gymnasts are required to wear a gymnastics leotard, with tight-fitting gymnastics shorts permitted for safety and freedom of movement. Male gymnasts must wear a tight-fitting top and shorts. Ballet leotards with attached skirts are not allowed due to safety concerns. Additionally, all gymnasts must tie their hair back neatly to prevent obstruction or entanglement. Bare feet are required during practice sessions, and socks are not permitted to maintain proper grip and reduce slipping risks.

Animals

Animals are forbidden from entering the gym.

Stolen and Lost Property

The club assumes no responsibility for any stolen or lost belongings.

Information Communication

All updates and announcements will be communicated via email, posted on the gym walls, and shared on the club's social media platforms. It's important to note that while information will be posted on social media, email remains the primary form of communication for the club.
