COMPETITIVE PROGRAM
PRE-COMPETITIVE (DÉFI)

AGM'S pre-competitive gymnastics program prioritizes mastering fundamental skills and proper shaping across all apparatus (vault, bars, beam, floor). With 5-7 hours of weekly training split into multiple sessions, emphasis is placed on building strength, flexibility, and coordination essential for gymnastics, alongside learning basic routines and competition etiquette. Coaches employ progressive drills to facilitate skill development and conduct regular assessments to monitor progress.
The program aims to create a supportive and enjoyable environment, preparing young gymnasts for future competitive opportunities.
