- 2 coaches present during structured gymnastics class. No coaches present during party room time.

WAIVERs
It is mandatory for the parent or guardian of a participating child to complete and submit the AGM waiver prior to the child's entry into the training area. This is a strict policy and there will be no exceptions made.
STRUCTURED GYMNASTICS HOUR
The AGM coaches will lead a 1 hour structured gymnastics class consisting of the following:
- Warm up
- Stretching
- Games
- Gymnastics circuit on bars, beam, floor, vault and trampoline
- Cool down
PAYMENT POLICIES
To secure your party reservation, a non-refundable deposit amounting to 50% of the total fees is required.
The balance of the fees are due no later than 24 hours prior to the party date.
Please note that in the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Payments must be made through Qidigo.
PARTY RULES
1. The training area is off-limits to parents during the gymnastics class. However, they can use the designated viewing area. They will be granted access to the gym for photo-taking 5 minutes before the end of the training.
2. The training area is exclusively for children during the structured gymnastics class. For safety purposes, children are prohibited from entering the training area during party room time.
3. We request you to maintain cleanliness in the party room and ensure all personal items are taken away after the party.
4. Please refrain from using tape on AGM's walls, windows, or doors. Decorations that do not require tape are welcome. All decorations should be taken down after the party.
5. You are allowed to arrive 15 minutes early for setting up decorations. Please avoid coming earlier than this.
6. If the party is scheduled from 10:00am-12:00pm, the gymnastics class will commence at 10:00am. It is important that all children are punctual.
7. Only children who have paid for the class are permitted in the training area.
